Fairly clean hotel, incredibly nice staff, great location to Eifel tower. Location near to Seine and La Defense. For shots visit Octopus, nestled within 20 minutes' walk of the venue.

The breakfast is satisfactory with great view, there’s an option for each taste. The hotel is in a good position and the airport is 30 km away.

Spent 2 nights here with my daughter, had a such wonderful stay overall. The location for Puteaux was marvellous, so close to the city centre, most major attractions and Esplanade de la defense.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quirky and unique design of the hotel, it gave off a retro-meets-cosmopolitan vibe that I really enjoyed. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the metro which made exploring the city center a breeze in just 30 minutes. The customer service provided by the reception staff was top-notch, they were friendly and attentive to all my needs. The facilities, including the diner, sports bar, and restaurant, provided enjoyable dining experiences with equally welcoming staff. I also appreciated the small touch of having an umbrella in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to access most major attractions, with a travel time of only 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge, with plenty of TV channels to choose from. The staff was accommodating and responsive to our needs, offering printing services. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The housekeeping service left room for improvement with a lack of attention to detail in cleaning the bathroom and refilling amenities.

The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast with its incredible views - definitely worth the price!

While my stay at Mama Shelter was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. The water pressure in the shower was very low, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, and we loved the fact that the hotel was located in an extremely quiet area, while still being very close to the metro station that allowed us to easily reach the Eiffel tower and other parts of the city. We found that the prices for some services were a bit high and unexpected, like the car parking and dinner at the on-site restaurant. , we were disappointed to find out that some important information, such as allergenic ingredients and gluten-free options, was not presented on the food menu.
